This is the new Wigan Athletic 3rd kit 2013/14, WAFC’s new alternate kit for the forthcoming Championship season. This new Wigan kit has been made by MiFit and was officially unveiled on August 16, 2013 by the Latics. Wigan have already unveiled their new 2013/14 home and away kits

If they really wanted to camouflage themselves, the socks and shorts would be remain this color green to disappear into the pitch, but the tops would be a shiny blue to blend in with all the empty seats.
The one on the left looks like he has a major wedgie and cannot wait to get out of those shorts haha.
