This is the new Villa home goalkeeper shirt 2022/23, the kit that will be worn by Emiliano Martinez and co. for AVFC’s home games in the upcoming Premier League season. The jersey has been made by Castore.
The colour scheme for the shirt is an interesting one- it’s officially been dubbed charcoal and silver by the club. The new AVFC outfield players kit has chevron detailing, but this GK one is plain, but it does have the iconic Villa lion on the reverse. This is the new Aston Villa kit 2022/23, AVFC’s new home strip for the upcoming Premier League season. Made by Castore, the new AVFC shirt was officially unveiled on 8 July, 2022.
The new shirt is in Villa’s traditional colours and features chevron detailing. The chevron design also extends to the reverse of the shirt, as can be seen in the pics below. Cazoo appear as front of the shirt sponsors and their slogan/tagline (Search, Drive, Smile) is also present on the jersey.
