Kit observation- Rare occasion as Arsenal wore red shorts and red socks against Watford

Arsenal, somewhat interestingly, opted to wear both red shorts and red socks in their clash against Watford yesterday. The Gunners had never used this kit combination in the league this season prior to the game against the Hornets- both teams were outfitted in their home jerseys, but AFC’s choice of shorts & socks took everyone by surprise.

The result went in their favour though- they won 3-2 at Vicarage Road and moved to fourth in the league table, with Man Utd and West Ham both losing over the weekend. Continue reading →

Manchester United expected to wear blue third kit against Atletico Madrid

Man United are expected to be in their third kit tonight in Madrid when they lock horns with Atleti in the first leg of their UCL Round of 16 tie. The three other English sides left in the competition- Chelsea, Liverpool and Man City, all completed first leg wins with clean sheets, and United will look to emulate them in the Spanish capital.

New CF Montreal MLS Away Jersey 2022 | Grey CFM Alternate Kit Adidas

This is the new CF Montreal away shirt 2022, CFM (formerly Montreal Impact)’s new alternate strip for the upcoming Major League Soccer season. The new CFM soccer uniform was unveiled on February 18, 2022, a day after fellow Canadian club Vancouver Whitecaps released their new home jersey.

Montreal’s new alternate shirt is primarily grey with hints of blue, as can be seen in the pics below. The shirt will also serve as CFM’s away kit for the 2023 season. Bank of Montreal remain principal shirt sponsors. Continue reading →
