This is the new PSG shirt 2016/17, Paris SG’s new home strip for the upcoming Ligue 1 season. Made by Nike, the new Paris SG jersey was officially unveiled on 13 May, 2016 by the reigning French champions. The shirt consists of 14 thin red stripes in the center bordered on each by side by two thin white ones.
Blue (for greatness) and red (for Passion) are the core colours of this jersey and the words “Grandeur” and “Passion” can be seen inside the wrists. Inside the neck are the words “Ici C’est Paris”, with the Paris wordmark appearing on the back. Nike have used two different shades of blue in this jersey- one for the front, and another for the shoulders. Emirates remain principal shirt sponsors, with Qatar based telecom firm Ooredoo appearing on the back.
I hate that Ooredoo logo. Makes it look like a bingo game. In general its just a bit boring. PSG have had way better kits in the past.
Complete rip off. The fans will still pay for the shirt. Very boring.
