This is the new Lille home kit 2015/16, French club Lille OSC’s new home strip for the upcoming Ligue 1 season. The new Lille shirt was officially unveiled by manufacturers Nike on 24 June, 2015.
Lille finished 8th in Ligue 1 in 2014/15, tied on points with Montpellier. They started well last season, suffering their first defeat only in Week 7, but a poor string of results dragged them into mid table obscurity, and a late charge came too late, and they were unable to break into the top six.
In continental competition, Les Dogues were unable to get out of their Europa League group, finishing bottom behind Everton, Wolfsburg and Russian outfit Krasnodar. Lille started that competition decently with three straight draws, but away losses at Goodison Park and the Volkswagen Arena put paid to their chances of emerging out of the group.
The shirt features two shades of red- the main body in the traditional Lille red, and the sleeves in a darker version. The jersey has a crew collar with blue trim round the back. Blue also features on the sleeve cuffs, as the pics below show us.
Like with most Nike jerseys this season, there are stripes running down the flanks of the shirt, and complemented by similar coloured ones on the shorts.
The likes of Divock Origi, Simon Kjaer and Salomon Kalou all represented Lille last season.
The socks are red with a navy blue band on the top.

Gone are the days of classy Umbro Lille kits
How refreshing to see how a shirt would look without sponsors. Fab. Now wait for the sponsors to spoil it.
I like the two-tone. Some multi-coloured kits have been wretched this summer (Basle), but I like this.
I’m not keen on this two-tone fashion. I get the impression that it’s like: Oh, we’ve run out of ideas, let’s dye some random part of the shirt in a darker shade, that’ll make it.
Lille need to ditch Nike all they are getting is teamware templates.
Very nice minimalist look from Lille.
It work well on Roma,so I don’t see why u guys hate this kit.
@Albert
its already done…..NB taking over as from next year
as always, nike knows it has lost the contract of lille, so it will give them the minima of the minimum standard kit
So they said the two tonal theme for Roma was inspired by ancient Roman soldiers..and then they go and do it again. Funny how they make up this marketing mumbo jumbo
Really like both home and away kits this year
