This is the new Dortmund Ambassador jersey 2015/16, BVB’s principal strip that they will use in European fixtures throughout the 2015/2016 season. Dortmund entered the Europa League in the third qualifying round against Austrian side Wolfsberger last night, and debuted this Puma strip in that away fixture, which they won 1-0 thanks to Jonas Hofmann’s strike.
The shirt features a subtle diamond design on the front, and appears to use the same template as Arsenal’s away kit for 2015/16. It’s predominantly yellow, with black on the neckline and the sleeve cuffs. The jersey will be paired with yellow shorts and socks and like other Dortmund strips for 15/16, will have the Evonik logo on the front.
Dortmund originally finished 7th in the 2014/15 Bundesliga season, but because DFB Pokal winners Wolfsburg had also qualified for the Champions League, BVB were given a spot in the qualifying rounds of the Europa League.
Ambassador jersey? That’s a weird name.
same design as my club, derby County, but we have umbro.
Well Derby, it looks the same as any Puma away kit.
this would be perfect for Villareal, but it doesn’t look like a Dortmund kit at all. not enough black in it.
Dont like Borussia Dortmund as a club.and set of fans . But this is the best
version of this template so.far in my view.
