Grey, Black & Pink Arsenal Third Jersey 2017-2018 | Puma unveil Cup kit in Sydney

This is the new Arsenal third kit 2017/18, AFC’s new Cup uniform for the upcoming league season. Made by Puma, the new Arsenal 17/18 Cup shirt was officially unveiled on 12 July, 2017 at Fort Denison Island, Sydney. The Gunners are currently in Australia for pre-season and will take on local A-League outfit Sydney FC at the ANZ Stadium tomorrow, followed by another friendly against Western Sydney Wanderers on Saturday.

The new third kit is a dark grey/black and pink creation from the Puma stable. Like the recently released home kit, it features a cannon on the back and has miniature Arsenal crests on the shoulders.

Emirates remain sponsors. The likes of Koscielny, Giroud, Ozil and new signing Lacazette were present at the kit launch.

Arsenal’s new away strip is expected to be launched later this month.

Black and pink always work together well.

It’s almost a shame it’ll be spoiled by white shirt numbers.

It’s described as a Cup kit.

While they would be, by Premier League rules, required to have white numbers (they could wear yellow or red with a black shirt, but it seems really unlikely), presumably a kit worn only in Cup competition could have pink numbers.

It’s being sold in the club store with white PL numbers (only).

Also if the leaked away kit is accurate, it’s guaranteed at least one league outing.

Always been a fan of that T-shirt material on the front and back panels. Easy to wear and looks nice.

But yeah. If it’s worn in the league the white numbers will mar it.
