These are the new Athletic Bilbao kits 2014/15, Athletic Club’s new home and away shirts for the upcoming La Liga season. Made by Nike, the new Bilbao 2014/15 shirts were officially unveiled on July 11, 2014. They finished 4th in the 2013/14 season and it was a Bilbao player, Ander Herrera, who became Louis van Gaal’s first signing at Manchester United.
The new Bilbao home shirt uses the traditional red and white stripes, but they are thinner in comparison to last season. The shirt has the Ikurrina (Basque flag) inside the back of the neck and has black cuffs with white piping, as can be seen in the pics below.
Bilbao’s new 2014/15 away jersey is green in colour, paired with white shorts and red socks

Why don’t more sides wear green away kits? If I recall right there’s a not a single one in England’s top four leagues so far. Is it fear of a “camouflage” effect with the pitch? This looks good.
