New Ajax Away Jersey 2010-11

Dutch giants Ajax Amsterdam have unveiled their new away kit for the 2010-11 season.

AEGON are the sponsors of the Ajax away jersey, which has been made by sportswear giants Adidas.

This blue Ajax away shirt also has bright yellow hues, as you can see in the picture below. Ajax Amsterdam will wear this shirt for the first time on May 6, 2010 against rivals Feyenoord Rotterdam.

On the back of the Ajax strip, you can see the words ‘Heldhaftig, Vastberaden en Barmhartig’, which in English mean, heroic, determined and merciful. Continue reading →

Socceroos Home Kit 2010-11 Nike

The Socceroos Home Kit for the 2010-11 football season has been released by Nike. This is the strip that the Australian football team will wear at select World Cup 2010 matches too.

The new Australian football shirt, made from recyclable material, has green and yellow as its primary colours. There is also one horizontal white strip on the shirt.

This light yellow and green Australian soccer kit will be worn with dark yellow and green socks.

One Call Insurance to sponsor Doncaster Rovers

One Call Insurance have inked a three year kit sponsorship deal with Doncaster Rovers. The One Call Insurance Logo will be seen on the home and away shirts and training wear of the Vikings from the beginning of the 2010-11 season to the end of the 2012-13 season.

One Call Insurance is based in Doncaster and employs more than 150 people locally.

John Radford, the company’s Managing Director had this to say, ” We are delighted to be sponsoring our local team.

“Doncaster Rovers place a huge emphasis on building community links and keeping local roots.”

This is not the first time One Call Insurance are sponsoring Doncaster’s kits. They were the shorts sponsors of the Vikings when they won promotion to the Championship in 2008.
