New Maccabi Tel Aviv Jerseys 2017-2018 | MTA Home Away & Third Kits 17-18

These are the new Maccabi Tel Aviv kits 2017/18, Israeli giants MTA’s new home and alternate uniforms for the upcoming league season. The new uniforms were officially unveiled on June 13, 2017 by the club.

The strips have been made in house by Maccabi after the Tel Aviv outfit chose to part ways with sporting giant Adidas.

Maccabi finished second in the Israeli Premier League in 2016/17 behind champions Hapoel Beer Sheva, who successfully defended their title. The top two scorers in the league were both Maccabi players (Kjartansson and Ben Haim), but the club will have to do with a spot in the Europa League, with Hapoel taking the solitary CL spot on offer.

This is the new Trabzonspor jersey 2017/18, a new uniform for Turkish giants Trabzonspor. Made by Nike, the new shirt was officially unveiled on June 3, 2017, on the eve of their Super Lig clash against Bursaspor.

The new jersey is white in colour and features a geometric design reminiscent of the one on Spain’s alternate strip for the European Championships last year.

Trabzonspor, who finished 12th back in the 2015-16 season, have produced an improved showing in 2016-17, but enough to get them back in Europe again.

This is the new FC Basel jersey 2017/18, Swiss Super League champions Basel’s new home strip for the upcoming league season. Made by Adidas, the new Basel home kit was officially unveiled on June 1, 2017 by the club.

Basel won their eighth straight Swiss title in the 2016/17 season, wrapping up the crown with six games to play. It is also their 20th league title, and this 2017/18 top features two stars above the crest for the first time in the club’s history. Continue reading

This is the new Benfica away kit 2017/18, Portuguese giants SL Benfica’s new alternate strip for the upcoming league season. Made by Adidas, the new uniform was officially unveiled on May 31, 2017.

Benfica are the reigning Portuguese champions, having won the most recent edition of the league- their fourth straight title, and 36th overall. They also won the Taca de Portugal, beating Vitoria Guimaraes in the final.

Benfica’s alternate kit is a grey number from the Adidas stable, inspired by the club’s legendary mascot. Continue reading
