New Celtic 125th Anniversary Strip 2012/2013- Nike Celtic White 3rd Top 12/13
This is the new Celtic 125th anniversary strip 2012/13, a special kit made by Nike for Glasgow Celtic that will serve as a second alternate uniform for the Hoops during the 2012/2013 season. Celtic’s new 125th anniversary kit 12/13 was officially unveiled on 22 September, 2012.
Celtic’s new third top is white in colour with a black collar, paired with black shorts and green and black hooped socks.
Tennent’s Lager are again the principal sponsors of this Celtic 125th anniversary top, as with their other two released kits this season.
The shirt draws inspiration from the first kit worn by Celtic against Glasgow Rangers in 1888.

Great kit. There’s a chance the numbers will be white, but I think they’ll be black.

It seems a little boring, doesn’t it?
In my opinion the sponsor should be printed in the middle of the jersey to make it more interesting and I think the collar is little too far down.
But it’s much better than many jerseys I’ve seen in this season so far.

Can someone explain to me why the shirt says 1888-2013 when the club was founded in 1887 according the the official Celtic website and this is supposed to be the clubs 125th year and not next year (2013)?
club was founded in 1887 but the first game played was in 1888 , also a season starts in one year ends in another so you launch the kit inthe 12/13 season
