This is the new Middlesbrough kit 2017/18, Boro’s new principal strip for the upcoming Championship season. Made by Adidas, the new MFC top was officially unveiled on 3 June, 2017 by the club.
Boro were unable to preserve their top flight status after promotion from the Championship in 2016. They finished second from bottom in the Premier League and will be playing in the second tier next season. The North-East outfit had a very poor 2017 in particular- they were the last of the 92 clubs in the top four tiers of English football to win a league game this year.
The shirt sees the return of the white band, complete with a white round neck and the famed Adidas stripes on the sides.
Ramsdens remain principal shirt sponsors, but have opted to market their currency service on both home and away jerseys in 2017/18.
