A little close to a week after they revealed their new home shirt for 16/17, Coventry City have today (July 7, 2016) released their alternate kit for the upcoming League One season.
The Sky Blues will wear red on the road for the second straight season, having also donned a red kit in the recently concluded 2015/16 season.
The away kit’s design is practically the same as the home one, but uses red and black as its principal colours instead of the blue and white employed on the primary uniform. It will first see action when Coventry take on Nuneaton Town in a pre-season friendly later this month.
Property agency Allsopp and Allsopp remain principal shirt sponsors.

Yuk!
I know this is the same template, but it works, for some reason. Reckon this will outsell the home kit.
Matching templates between kits always look smart, and I love that colour scheme (then again I’m from Dorset so I’m biased towards red and black stripes).
Although the shorts are actually from a different template, the fluorescent one that everyone was wearing in the Champions’ League last term and is now being used as Orient’s first kit.
This would be superb if it wasn’t for the solicitors logo.
That logo screw it
