New Aberdeen Away Top 2016-2017 | Adidas AFC Alternate Kit 16-17

A little over a month after unveiling their new 16/17 home kit, Scottish Premier League club Aberdeen have followed it up with the release of their new alternate strip. Made by Adidas, the Dons top was officially revealed on 14 June, 2016

The release comes just a day after shirt sponsors Saltire Energy extended their association with the club for another two seasons (till 2018). Saltire, established back in 1986, are headquartered in Portlethen near Aberdeen.

This dark and orange number will be worn by the Dons on their travels next season as they seek to go one better than their 2nd place finish in 2015/16 and mount a serious challenge for the title in 2016/17.

This will not go down well with
Aberdeen fans as they dont like anything with Orange in it.

It’s not bad at all. If I was being picky I’d prefer it to have had red trim, but that’s a small thing.
