This is the new Plymouth Argyle kit 2016/17, Argyle’s new uniform for the upcoming League season. Made once again by Puma, the new PAFC 2016/2017 home shirt was officially unveiled on 30 March, 2016 by the club.

Argyle have been in League Two since the 2011/12 season, following their relegation from League One at the end of the 2010/11 season. The Pilgrims are looking good for a return to the third tier- at the time of writing this article, they occupy the last automatic promotion spot in the League Two table behind Northampton and Oxford. Puma have been with Argyle since 2011.

The shirt is predominantly green with white pinstripes on the front and black trim. For only the fifth time in the club’s history (and the first in over a decade), the shorts will also be green. Green socks with black trim complete the look of the new Argyle strip.

This would have been a better Argyle home kit if the stripes had been thicker just dont feel pinstripes just do not look right on an Argyle home jersey & shorts & socks need more white on them. 6 out of 10 from me not as good as it could have been.

Not bad, but would be a lot better with black shorts instead.

When is someone going to realise that the green in the home shirts is far too dark-they look almost black when wet=has been far too dark for years now-Get a grip please
