New Portugal Euro 2016 Kits- Nike unveil 2016-17 Portuguese jerseys

These are the new Portugal shirts 2016/17, the Portuguese national team’s new uniforms for Euro 2016 and other upcoming international games. Made by Nike, the new Portugal Euro 2016 kit is here seen modelled by Real Madrid superstar Cristiano Ronaldo.

In terms of design ideas, the kit is pretty similar to England’s ones for Euro 2016. The home jersey is predominantly red, with a darker red on the shoulder obtained by cross dyeing the former with black. Engineered knit zones appear on the front, with Nacao (Nation) and Valente (Brave) knit onto the inside of the cuffs. On the back of the jersey is the Portugal woodmark, with the Armillary Sphere (a symbol of the country’s great seafaring heritage)appearing on the inside of the kit.

Green stripes run the sides of this new Portugal jersey, which is paired with red shorts and green socks.

The away kit is a bright green number from the Nike stable, complemented by a darker shade of the same colour on the sleeves.

    Yeah looks like it Derby.

Overall I think the New Portugal home & away kits for the Euro are ok not great just ok I like the fact Nike went with something more radical as far as colours go but all the Bike kits this time a round could have been so much better.

The fact that Nike & Addidas have so many national team contracts in the World is a very bad thing as all we get are Templates over & over agene all though Addidas have stepped up things a notch with there latest Batch of national team kits look at Russia’s New kits I just wish Scotland had got something like Russia did.

I hate that Nike template so much!! It seems to me that every team in the Euro that are equiped by Nike wear some kind of training uniforms…

It’s sad how there’s not any trace of creativity on the Nike Int’l kits this year…
