These are the new Chile kits 2016/17, Chile’s new home and away tops for the 16/17 international season, including the upcoming Copa America Centenario tournament in the United States. Made by Nike, the new Chile strip is here seen modelled by Arsenal star Alexis Sanchez, who will be aiming to help his team defend the title they won last year.
The new Chile home jersey is a vivid red creation from Nike, paying tribute to their nickname (La Roja). The kit is completed by red shorts and blue socks, with blue stripes running down the side of both the shirt and the short
The change/alternate kit will be white in colour, inspired by the colour of the snowcapped Andes mountains that dominate the Chilean landscape.
Chile are in Group D for Copa America Centenario, along with Argentina (whom they beat in the 2015 final), Panama and Bolivia.
So bland and boring, for such an energetic and exciting team. I think that Chile have lost a bit of “character” leaving Puma, which is a shame. In my opinion, the red shorts do not look very good either- and the whole kit does look rather like South Korea.
@Timothy
I agree completely.
This is almost identical to the new England away kit, all templates
Template looks better in the one shade of red like the Chile home jersey compaired to the England away Jersey having seen both over the last Cuple of days.
