New Dryworld Fluminense Kit Deal- Dryworld also teams up with Atletico & Goias

Canadian apparel manufacturer Dryworld Industries has spread its wings by linking up with three clubs in the Campeonato Brasileiro. These deals are Dryworld’s first outside North America and the three clubs that have come on board are Rio giants Fluminense, Atletico Mineiro (also known as Atletico MG) and Goias.

Dryworld, who call themselves “the world’s leading independent sports brand” have specially developed a “Dryskyn” fabric for their humid climates of Brazil.

They have inked a five year deal with Fluminense to replace Adidas, beginning the 2016 season. The new deal with Goias is also apparently for five years. Goias’ deal with Kappa was till 2017, and the Italian company are apparently considering legal action against the club for early termination of the deal.

Reports from Brazil indicate that Botafogo were also keen to come on board, but Fluminense allegedly have an exclusivity clause in their contract for Rio based clubs (for the first two seasons- 2016 and 2017)

Always good to see newer companies come in. Fluminense will be a huge responsibility, hopefully Dryworld can live upto expectations.

Will look forword to seeing what Dryworld
come up with just hope the quality of the material is good & that it wil not look like cheep nock off gear from the far east when they do.

Would like to see a very historical
Kind of home kit for Fluminense
as they are a very historical club in Brazil.
myb something in a 50’s or myb 80’s kind of style of kit.
