New Scotland Strip 2016- Pink Scotland Away Football Top 2016-17 Adidas

These are the new Scotland kits 2016/2017, the Scottish national football team’s new uniforms for World Cup 2018 qualifying. Made by Adidas, the new Scotland tops were officially unveiled on November 22, 2015. Scotland were the only home nation not to qualify for Euro 2016, with England, Northern Ireland and Wales all qualifying for next summer’s Championships in France. Gordon Strachan’s men were in the same qualifying Group as Germany, Poland and the Republic of Ireland.

The new Scotland 16/17 home shirt features a tartan print design, not too dissimilar to the one
on Bosnia’s away kit for 2016/17, with a v-neck collar and white sleeves.

The new alternate strip features a pink top paired with black shorts, as can be seen in the pics below.

The home kit is okay, that tartan print looks better suited here than on the Bosnia away shirt.

Pink away is a disaster though, looks like a cheap training top.

White sleeves? No way. Both look pretty cheap.

That home kit is sensational. Best Scotland kit in years.

The pink one looks like a training kit though – the pink/black colour scheme is fine, but the shirt design is lacking.

That home kit actually looks pretty sweet! The away kit isn’t great, I actually preferred the previous one- at least it wasn’t plain.

As a Scotsman both kits are just plain rubbish one day we will get the away kit we should have had for years.Primrose & Amber hoops with white trim this away kit or the previous incarnation are a disgrace. The home kit is just a template with Scottish trimmings it’s just not on and the white selves just make it look cheep.

Did Elton John design the away one?

Pretty sure Ukraine have the same ‘tartan’ watermark on their kit, as well as Bosnia. Shoddy work from Adidas and the SFA to claim any kind of originality with this.

Don’t be a homophobic twat come on. A colour is a colour, actually years ago, pink was a male colour and blue a female colour, over centuries it has changed. Pink is colour, just as blue is. Get over yourself 🙂
