Pretoria based PSL giants Mamelodi Sundowns have unveiled their new Nike home kit for the 2015/16 South African soccer season. Sundowns are nicknamed the Brazilians, and one glance at this strip makes the resemblance between the two uniforms quite obvious.
Sundowns finished second in the 2014/15 PSL season behind Kaizer Chiefs as they failed to defend the title they won in 2013/14. The club are owned by South African mining magnate Patrice Motsepe
The home shirt is predominantly yellow and features a classic ribbed collar and a two-button chest. A thin green stripe runs down either flank, with green piping also seen on the sleeves.
Blue shorts with white stripes on the side and blue socks (there is also an option to wear white socks) complete the look of the new Sundowns 2015/16 kit.
very nice.
Nicknamed the Brazilians… Ok, not too difficult for Nike to kit them then
