New Southend United Kit 2015-16 Nike Southend Shirts 15-16 Home Away

These are the new Southend United kits 2015/2016, newly promoted League One side Southend’s new home and away tops for the upcoming season. Made by Nike, the new SUFC 15/16 shirts were officially unveiled on July 19, 2015 by the club.

Southend finished 5th in League Two during the 2014/15 season, but gained promotion by beating Stevenage and Wycombe in the playoffs. They will join Burton Albion, Shrewsbury Town and Bury as the new entrants in English football’s third tier next season

The home shirt features a round neck and thin stripes while the away is fluoroscent in colour with a two button placket.

A hybrid version of the strip made its debut yesterday in their friendly against West Ham United at Roots Hall.

Property company Martin Down are sponsors of both Southend United League One Strips for 2015/2016. The company, owned by club chairman Ron Martin, also appeared as sponsors last season after taking over from Insure and Go.

Plain but nice. So much better than last year’s horrible template where the majority of the home shirt was white instead of navy

    That’s quite smart.
Bonus points for being the only team in the world not to use a sash this season.

In the second part of my comment, I am being sarcastic.
