New Nottingham Forest Home Kit 2015-16 NFFC 150th Anniversary Shirt 15-16

This is the new Nottingham Forest home shirt 15/16, Forest’s new special 150th anniversary kit for the upcoming 2015/2016 Championship season. The new Forest kit has been made by Adidas and was officially unveiled to the public on 24th June, 2015.

The shirt features a special shade of red with gold detailing to commemorate the club’s 150th anniversary. Forest were founded in 1865 as the Nottingham Forest Football and Bandy Club, and joined the Football Alliance two and a half decades later in 1889.

The new Forest home strip is expected to be completed with white shorts and red socks, as can be seen in the video below.

Forest finished 14th in the 2014/15 Championship season with 59 points.

The likes of Henri Lansbury, Michail Antonio and Eric Lichaj are here seen modelling the new NFFC 150th anniversary uniform.

It’s ok, thought Adidas would’ve done more to celebrate the 150th anniversary of a club as richly steeped in history as Forest.

Very classy, but make the trim green and you have an exact replica of the Wales jersey

Just a standard template with no sponsor really , 150 years anniversary deserves a one off kit surely .

I think the kit looks great. But I do agree that it’s a standard template and more should have been done to celebrate 150 years.

Yeah, very underwhelming. Also, they’ve not shown the shorts and socks, so this is incomplete too.

I hate half-hearted presentations like this. Smacks of disorganised.

For an anniversary as important as this one, the kit should have been designed way better. Adidas should of been more creative, Forrest should have been more interested in other manufacturers products.

This would make a good Spain or Bayern kit in my view but it is not a good look for a Nottingham Forest the new Aberdeen home kit would have been a beter template for a Nottingham Forest
150th anniversary kit in my view.

Adidas should do much better for 150th anniversary. We’re talking about 150 years, not 15. Forest deserve more.

I like the new shirt, it is the best I years.
I agree with the sentiments that it could have been a more personal design for such an occasion. I think white could have been added next to the Gold as we do play in red and white. I also think 150 yrs could have been clearly visible if only in roman numerals below the badge.

Arsenal fan here. gunner til death n beyond. Being a fan of Nottingham forest since i found out yrs ago that they donated a pair of red shirt to arsenal back when we were formed in 18th hundreds, hence arsenal traditional red.

Anyways to the task at hand. Love last yr designs and for this 150th the kit looks rich but more could’ve been done . let see the away kid hope its white or balck with gold trim.
