New Portsmouth Home Shirt 2014/15- Pompey Home Kit 14-15 Sondico

This is the new Portsmouth home shirt 2014/2015, Pompey’s new home kit for the upcoming League Two season. Made by Sondico, the new PFC kit was officially unveiled on 4th August, 2014. The club had already unveiled their 2014/15 season alternate kit last month.

Jed Wallace and Ricky Holmes are here seen modelling the new PFC home kit, which is the brainchild of Ppmpey fan Bob Beech.

Launched on the 100th anniversary of the United Kingdom’s entry into World War One, the shirt contains the name of all 1400 members of the ‘Pompey Pals’ who fell during the conflict.

The shirt harks back to the 1914 version, the first one to be blue and contains the same badge from that year.

The Pompey Pals, officially the 14th and 15th battalions of the Hampshire Regiment, recruited heavily at Fratton Park.

i’m getting fed up of stories about football kits. i like the badge (it’s nicer than the current one) and collar and i really like the kit overall, nice too see blue that isn’t navy like france’s shirt. what is all this war stuff got to dop with football shirts? 9/10 for the kit.

This strip reminds me of a defunct team that was called Rangers. Hope Pompey don’t end up the same way !
